After the study we come to the conclusion that Neck pain is caused
by bad posture, excess stress, using too-soft mattress, awkward
position, or by bad sleep is among the common reason for the Neck
pain. When our muscles rigid because of stress, the blood supply to
the muscles reduces, causing pain. That pain starts muscles to stiff
further.
A Whole day spent sitting at a chair in sedentary positions are
definitely to cause a pain and aches. Some times Neck pain is the
result of injury or disease.
- Don't put the computer screen too high or too low because you
will be looking up or down for hours that cause a pain in your pain.
Just try to adjust the computer screen in the proper place, so that
your neck being in neutral position.
- Use a soft and cozy pillow during sleep because it supports
the sleep posture than thick and stiff pillow which force your neck
to bend a certain angle whole night.
- Avoid sitting in a same place for a prolonged time. Try to
walk around for at least 5 minutes, or move your neck slowly in a
circular motion and side to side to halt stiffness.
- Avoid sleeping on the stomach and try to sleep on your side,
or your back.
- Avoid carries bulky objects in your handbags because heavy
handbags stress your muscle and cause a pain in your neck.
- Exercise regularly to stay fit and healthy.
- The body weight should be maintained because it affects your
neck. As the body gain weight, your arms and shoulder also gain
weight which leads to neck pain.
- Take drugs such as ibuprofen: these medicines should help you
to soothe pain in the neck.
- Bath salt can help you to regulate blood circulation, reduce
muscle stress and decrease the stress, result in pain relief.
- Using a heating pad may help you to stimulates blood flow in
your neck.
- Use an ice pack in a towel to affecting the area. Ice will reduce the pain.
12. Apply balm at affecting area and rub or massage slowly that generate heat on the skin and you will feel mild pain relief.
